APVV-18-0421 "The European Public Prosecutor´s Office in Connections of the Constitutional Order of the Slovak Republic as Strengthening of the European Integration through Law", 7/2019 - 6/2023, research assistant.

By the Council Regulation 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017 which entered into force on 20 November 2017 the European Public Prosecutor's Office was established as a new body in the institutional system of the European Union. Although its establishment is envisaged by the primary law of the European Union, the first attempts failed because of the unanimity requirement in the Council since not all the Member States have supported its establishment. This was the reason why some of the Member States decided to use the mechanism of the enhanced cooperation in which there are in relation to the European Public Prosecutor's Office currently participating 22 Member States including the Slovak Republic. European Public Prosecutor's Office is a significant, even groundbreaking element of the integration in relation to the Member States. Until now, the criminal policy and repression have been applied exclusively on the national level by the Member States' bodies without their practice being controlled, replaced or applied in parallel by any European Union body. The competences of the European Public Prosecutor's Office change this state in a significant way since there are shared competences partially established in the area of freedom, security and justice.

VVGS UPJŠ 2020-1645 "Ako správne pracovať s prameňmi práva Európskej únie", 11.2020 - 10.2021, principal investigator.

Riešiteľský kolektív si ako hlavný cieľ projektu stanovil spracovanie elektronickej metodickej príručky, ktorá naučí študentov a študentky práva pracovať s prameňmi práva Únie a správne porozumieť textu práva Únie. Metodické príručka poskytne študentom a študentkám práva návod a praktické rady, ako vyhľadávať a následne správne pracovať a používať pramene práva Únie, pričom dominantnou bude časť venovaná judikatúre Súdneho dvora EÚ. Metodická príručka študentov a študentky práva naučí správne používať rôzne elektronické databázy prameňov práva EÚ.

VVGS UPJŠ 2018-749 "Tvorba Plánu pre rodovú rovnosť na UPJŠ v Košiciach", research assistant

Hlavným cieľom projektu bolo vypracovanie Plánu pre rodovú rovnosť na UPJŠ v Košiciach. Dosiahnutiu hlavného cieľa predchádzali panelové diskusie, kvalitatívny výskum, zber kvalitatívnych dát a ich následná analýza a interpretácia. Výstupom projektu, okrem Plánu pra rodovú rovnosť na UPJŠ v Košiciach, bola aj publikácia "Rodová rovnosť na univerzite - kontexty a perspektívy", ktorá predstavuje tému rodovej rovnosti z filozofického, filozoficko-právneho a právneho pohľadu.
