Definition of the content of the field of habilitation proceedings and inauguration proceedings

Field of Habilitation and Inauguration proceeding epidemiology is defined by a study of the incidence and distribution of health, social and economically serious diseases of infectious and non-infectious etiology and health related conditions in population, causes and risk factors of their occurrence in the population and application of the results of these studies the possibility of affecting the frequency of their occurrence by the implemented measures.

Field of Habilitation and Inauguration proceeding epidemiology is defined by medical disciplines such as epidemiology of infectious diseases, epidemiology of non-infectious diseases, vaccinology, microbiology, infectology, public health as well as knowledge from some related medical and public health disciplines.
